What is merching in OSRS?

Buying up most of an item to push its price up, then selling to the players who chase the rise. A wide gap between what buyers pay and what sellers get, or a sudden volume spike, is a common sign.

Items near their 90-day lows

Items in the bottom 15% of their 90-day price range and at least 8% under their 30-day average, from our own daily history. Only items that trade well, with at least 60 days of history and no sign of a merch. Cheap isn’t the same as about to rise: some items fall for a reason, like a game update. This is about game gold, not real money.
