OSRS Grand Exchange

OSRS Wiki real-time prices alternatives

The OSRS Wiki’s real-time prices site is free, refreshes every 60 seconds while it’s open, shows margins after tax, and publishes the free API most OSRS price sites run on, us included. Since 30 September 2026 its data comes from Jagex for every game client; before that it came from RuneLite players (checked 2026-10-29). The alternatives add things on top of that data.

Same data, different questions

We read the same API, every 5 minutes, and keep every sweep. The wiki answers "what is it worth right now?" best. We try to answer what comes next: what moved most this week, what is near its 90-day low, which items look like a merch, what a game update did to prices, and which bone, plank or potion is the cheapest XP.

Where the wiki’s site beats us

  • Fresher: it refreshes every 60 seconds while open; our prices are up to 5 minutes old.
  • A 6-hour chart and fast all-item tables with columns and filters you pick.
  • The API itself, free for anyone building a tool, with a descriptive User-Agent.

Who should stick with the wiki’s price site

  • You flip fast and want prices less than a minute old.
  • You want one sortable table of every item with your own columns and filters.
  • You’re building your own tool: use the API directly.

Risers and fallers from our own history.
